2.QueenMary提供了『信用卡、ATM轉帳、貨到付款、面交取貨』等多元的付款方式,讓您們可以有更多的選擇方式。

信用卡

輸入卡號→輸入卡片檢查碼「卡片背後後3瑪」→核對刷卡資料→完成訂購

※ 介面使用國泰世華SSL加密刷卡,網站皆有進行刷卡線上授權,您可以安心使用

ATM轉帳

1.訂購完成後,系統將會產生一組「專屬轉帳帳號」

2.您可以到各家銀行實體ATM、或網路ATM進行繳款

3.轉帳完成後,網站將會自動核對帳款並進行出貨事宜

4.您可以從網站右上方「訂單查詢」,查看商品宅配狀態

5.使用ATM付款方式,請於2天內完成轉帳作業,我們將盡快為您處理訂單以及出貨相關事宜

QueenMary’s 付款常見問題

本網站具有訂單接受與否的權利,收到您的付款通知後,我們會發出「收到繳款通知」的E-mail,並進行對帳確認的工作。

對於超過3天以上仍未完成繳款訂單,我們會主動取消訂單。 以確保購物機制管理順利進行。

Q1.付款方式步驟?

(1)銀行或郵局ATM匯款

國泰世華銀行(013)完成訂單後需2天內完成匯款,含週六日或國定假日,超過2天後系統將會自動取消該筆訂單及帳號,需要重新填寫訂單。

填寫完成後,系統會自動產生一組您的專屬付款帳號,請到銀行自動櫃員機24H-ATM轉帳、網路web-ATM、或到各銀行轉帳。

(2)線上刷卡

輸入卡號→輸入卡片檢查碼(卡片背面後三碼)→核對刷卡資料→完成訂購

(3)貨到付款

貨到付款手續費如下 :

3000元 以下           3%

3001元-5000元      4%

5001元-8000元      5%

8001元以上            6%

(4)貨到付款+快捷

代收費與快捷費+100元 :

完成訂單後,週一到週五15:00結帳出貨,在大都會區通常次日可送達,郊區2-3天。

Q2.請問有無付款金額限制嗎?

貨到付款付款金額上限為NT20000,如超過上限,請使用信用卡付款,或銀行繳款。

Q3.信用卡付款若輸入卡號後顯示「您尚未申請線上購物」

 由於您尚未申請過使用網路線上購物,請您按照該銀行所顯示的資料填寫進行認證,如有任何疑慮,煩請您直接洽詢您所持有的銀行信用卡客服專線,將由專人協助您申辦開通。

Q4.線上刷卡安全嗎?

我們提供 VISA、Master、JCB和聯合簽帳卡等四種卡別,並採用與銀行同級的SSL128加密機制,最能保障您個人資料的傳輸安全,刷卡時將以亂碼型態傳送至銀行端進行認證授權,同時本公司亦不會保留或得知您的卡號,請您安心付款。

Q5.為何線上刷卡會失敗呢?

(1) 您的發卡銀行系統忙碌或網路資料擁塞,刷卡等待時間過長,會導致造成系統確認失敗。

(2) 您所輸入的卡號資料不正確,包括您輸入的資料不正確、卡號過期、尚未開卡或有效期限不正確等問題。

(3) 您的信用卡額度已滿,請您與發卡銀行連絡,增加額度即可。

(4) 可能剛繳交完卡費,但銀行尚未入帳,銀行將會暫時限制線上刷卡。

(5) VISA 3D驗證功能不穩定,建議您改用Mster卡或其他卡別。


本網站採用「信用卡3D驗證」視窗,需輸入認證密碼才能完成付款,多了一道認證流程讓您交易更安全!

那麼,要怎麼設定呢?如果您完全沒有設定過3D驗證碼,有以下兩種解決方式:

1.看您卡片正面的發卡機構屬於VISA或是MASTER CARD
連結至VISA信用卡3D驗證中心或是MASTER CARD 3D驗證中心
(MASTER CARD目前只有英文介面...),取得驗證碼 

2. 直接致電您發卡銀行的客服專線,請客服人員協助您開通3D驗證碼

同時,請閣下放心:採用3D驗證碼,將會大幅降低您的卡片被盜刷的機率,所以請積極洽詢您的發卡銀行,早日設定早日安心喔。

  1. First Purchase:

    • Please sign up as a member before making your first purchase and select the remittance method provided on our website.
  2. Available Payment Methods:

    • QueenMary® offers a variety of payment options including credit card, ATM transfer, cash on delivery (COD), and in-person pickup for your convenience.

Credit Card:

  • Enter card number → Enter card verification code (last 3 digits on the back) → Verify card details → Complete order
  • Note: Secure online transactions are ensured through Cathay United Bank"s SSL encryption. Rest assured your payments are safe.

ATM Transfer:

  1. After completing your order, a unique transfer account number will be generated.
  2. You can pay via any bank"s physical ATM or online ATM.
  3. Once the transfer is completed, the website will automatically verify the payment and process the shipment.
  4. You can check your order status in the "Order Inquiry" section at the top right of the website.
  5. Please complete the ATM transfer within 2 days. We will expedite the order processing and shipment upon confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Available via Black Cat Delivery Service.
  • COD handling fees are as follows:

    • Below NT$3000: 3%
    • NT$3001-5000: 4%
    • NT$5001-8000: 5%
    • Above NT$8001: 6%

Order Acceptance:

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. Upon receiving your payment notification, we will send an email confirmation and proceed with verification.
  • Orders not paid within 3 days will be automatically canceled to ensure smooth order processing.

Payment Steps:

  1. Bank or Post Office ATM Transfer:

    • Complete the order, then transfer within 2 days (including weekends and holidays). The system will automatically cancel orders after 2 days.
  2. Online Credit Card:

    • Enter card number → Enter card verification code (last 3 digits on the back) → Verify card details → Complete order
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • COD handling fees are as follows:

      • Below NT$3000: 3%
      • NT$3001-5000: 4%

  4. COD with Express Delivery:

    • Additional COD fee + Express fee: NT$100
    • Orders placed by 3:00 PM from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day, with delivery typically the next day in metropolitan areas, and 2-3 days in remote areas.

  1. Is there a payment limit?

    • The maximum COD amount is NT$20000. For amounts exceeding this limit, please use a credit card or bank transfer.
  2. Why does my credit card display “You have not applied for online shopping”?

    • If you have not previously registered for online shopping, please follow the bank"s instructions for verification. For further assistance, contact your bank"s credit card customer service.
  3. Is online credit card payment secure?

    • We support VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and UnionPay cards, utilizing SSL128 encryption for secure data transmission. Card information is securely encrypted and not stored by our system. Rest assured, your payment is safe.
  4. Why did my online credit card payment fail?

    • Possible reasons include system congestion, incorrect card details, expired or inactive card, insufficient credit limit, or pending payment processing. Contact your bank for resolution.

Credit Card 3D Verification:

Setting up 3D verification will significantly reduce the risk of card fraud. We encourage you to contact your card issuer to activate this feature.
